Establishing Permanent Roots
Morasha has educated children in modular facilities since its inception in 1986 and is committed to establishing permanent roots on the 4 acres of land the School purchased in Rancho Santa Margarita, in September 2000.
Located in a thriving residential and commercial community with excellent toll road access, the value of the land has grown significantly since its purchase.
The School has worked intensively with Dougherty + Dougherty Architects LLP to design an efficient structure that maximizes the use of space, at the most economical cost. The building plans are in the process of being approved by the City of Rancho Santa Margarita.

The new facility includes three buildings with approximately 13,000 square feet. Plans for Phase 1 include six preschool classrooms, three kindergarten classrooms (which could also be used for other primary grades) and a multi-purpose room. Future phases include: Multi-purpose/Media Library building, two story elementary classroom building, covered basketball court, outdoor amphitheater, administrative building and play field.
